You may request a full refund within 7 days after purchase if you have not successfully generated and downloaded an appeal letter.
After an appeal letter has been generated and downloaded, refunds are no longer available.
Monthly subscription ($12/month)
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
We offer a full refund of the last payment if you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription.
After 7 days, no refunds are given for the current billing period, but you will not be charged again.
